While I fully support your conclusion I have to point out that hydrogen fuel cell vehicles are EV's. so hydrogen cannot "beat" EVs

Hydrogen will be the new fuel for long distance delivery infrastructure in the 2020's but I do not see it being a fuel of choice for personal transportation (cars) until at least 2030 due to the roll out of the fueling network needed (in the USA at least).

Biden plan is to instal 500,000 charging stations and most people don't need public stations if they can plug in at home or at their destination (hotel or office). Soon batteries will charge to 80% inside 30 minutes.

Delivery cannot wait for recharging batteries, mostly have bases to run from where hydrogen can be generated and or stored. They also have to work in hot and cold weather and deliver power when needed, less weight means more good transported etc etc

Hydrogen will finally beat EV. The momentum to invest in Hydrogen is now. Buy now, hold long and thank me later

PLUG is of course now in three mega markets

Hydrogen generation

Hydrogen supply

Fuel cells for any market from drones to data centers.

current valuation is only a fraction of the potential but represents where they are in executing their strategy for the first two of these.
