Maybe....that's why I dumped half of my position months ago, after watching the questionable PRs.

Yesterdays news while "interesting", lacked any real details.

When ever you see a company posting like this, it is always wise to question if the information has any REAL meaning to it.

Like I said, I'll place it back on the watch list, only because it is "interesting".

I have several other great companies with actual management teams that are playing out VERY well right now and will not chase a questionable posting....show me the money!

You are 100% correct. The company they merged with isn’t profitable and haven’t ever been. It’s a pump and dump. It follows the same pattern and will eventually drop back into then .006 area as it has for the last 2 years. Get your profits and get out because no contract is coming.
