The matter is not 3.4M or reach to 40M , the matter is the danger of R/S we are facing. And thats why nobody get excited when it puts out. If , in my view, instead ann 3.4M, but promise to cancel the R/S if uplist doesnt get approved, then PPS could be double immediately.
