Actually, that is an interpretation. It says we expect. I have not read the damages hearing transcript to see if there was any statement by the judge if we would have a ruling by the end of January although I would doubt he said that because of COVID and requests for extensions as Global Digital did. I believe the end of January is a reasonable expectation and interpretation based on the facts.
Also and as far as federal judges go, Judge Middlebrooks has not been unusually delayed in his rulings. It is not atypical for a motion ruling even at the state level to take 90 days up to a year. In most cases, he has been quicker than that. Therefore, I am expecting a ruling by the end of the month. I don't believe any other filings are due by either side unless there is a Motion to Strike etc. I don't believe GDSI would do that because they want the judgment.
