As far as I know the only shares that were issued to RB were in that first round. Those were shares that were supposed to be issued the previous note holder. When RB paid off that note they had the shares issued to them. So we came out with cash and elimination of the bad note in exchange for shares that we were going to have to issue anyway. I believe all other shares attached to RB funding are at strike prices far out of money.
