Are we addressing the IRS claim and/or Dewey's fictional claim?

Yes, I agree Dewey could (as anyone 'could') bring a suit forward, but if Dewey's bread is being buttered, isn't there less incentive to bite the hand that feeds you? Recall, Dewey did receive the upfront payment of $500,000 and we have no idea what portion of present Cresent revenues may / may not be going towards payment of Mr. Dewey.

As for the IRS back-taxes, this too was being addressed before IHSI went OTC dark, so again, the mystery remains, until IHSI starts reporting again, what sort of deal has / has not been negotiated with the IRS.
