I am open to your point of view. On page 14 alleghany Q from 11/03/20. Can you point to me where it says SORC’s Teapot oil field assets were sold? I look at pages 13, 14. 15 and the entire 10-Q I see nothing can backing up to what you says...?

In the third quarter of 2020, certain of SORC’s oil field assets were sold at values that approximated their reduced carrying value.
