Eddie runs 4 tickers from a bedroom in his late parent's house which is owned by the TAZ Trust. He apparently rents this 2,500 sq' house from his siblings Vladimir, Angie and Boris (trustee).

At one time or other this has been the official corporate and mailing addresses of most if not all of his tickers --8 total by my count including those that have been SEC revoked, delisted and taken over by other scammers. The address appears in official filings with OTC and the SOS.

Point being.. after over a decade of delusional, grandiose claims Eddie seems incapable of even making himself rich much less anyone else.
