re name or ticker changes: FINRA is finicky about having adequate and accurate information from any OTC Company submitting requests for a company name and/or ticker change. If the information provided to FINRA is complete then the change can happen quickly, no particular timeframe, whereas incomplete information by any OTC company would take much longer and perhaps even denied.

Finra is taking to process that kind of stuff?


FINRA will approve a name or ticker change fairly quickly, i.e. a few weeks, if there are no extenuating concerns surrounding the company.

FINRA will definitely turn down any change applications for companies that are remiss or delinquent in posting quarterly financial reports and/or other miscellaneous disclosures. More details can be gleaned from FINRA.org.
