Folks,

This COULD be the reason behind the 43MM volume earlier this week. Some people LOADed up before the court approval.

Why?

OW filed for re-org with the Israeli court system on Dec 10, 2020

"Since the court has accepted the filing put forth by the company in the preliminary stages of filing for protection now we wait for approval."

OW is waiting for court's approval to set the rest of re-org plan in motion.

We don't know the entire re-org plans.

What we know does far from Milo's conversation with Ziv

----OW requested 1B OS increase, proceeds will be use to settle with DGF and SunBeam.

****Ideal scenario,
---do NOT want to see OW issuing cheap shares to DGF, they will kill all runs
--set the rest of the re-org plan in motion
---launch a PR campaign to keep investor current with latest development (business plan, patent allowance and etc)
----push PPS over 10 cents
---issue new shares +.05 (nickle)
