plenty of experience in my work as a portfolio mgr in stocks and alt investments.

think of it this way...when apple buys a company...a private on in this instance...they don't change the name of apple.

if Bank A buys the Assets of Bank B...let's say Bank B is in FDIC custody...Bank As stock symbol doesnt change but the bonds in the name of bank B will undergo a name change.
