I reached out to IR about this; they had accidentally listed the date from the second amendment. The Q posted yesterday should have the correct date, which is now Sept 16 + 180 = March 15th. The main thing that needs to happen is we go current, probably will happen simultaneously (or very close) to signing of the Definitive Agreement.
