The concern now "why" the added sites needed for 120 patients? Then, they (CRO) have to visit all locations... Did the overseas app fail? Leo's press releases create more questions than answers.

There are no trials yet and it’s foolish for people to expect that or pretend it’s happening. Does anyone really think Leo wouldn’t PR the start of trials?

You might be right about something happening after the Dec. 21st PR. But you might be wrong, also.
