I guess you and I are the only ones that have any faith in AB and this company.. my advice is the same as Alan’s.. you’re unhappy??? Sell and leave!!!!!
I'm quite confident the contracts notarized were business/gaming/NY legalization related and have nothing to do with the OTC listing. For some reason Alan likes to play these cryptic games where everything can be interpreted three different ways. In any event the contracts could be good for business and I'm told they are still under a month long gag order.
I'm not sure if it's his arrogance but it's clear he has much more loyalty to his bondholders and a disdain for shareholders. Not a good look right now....he should be setting the table for a serious equity raise and he'll need the support of the people he's currently pissing off. I'm still hanging around but it's kinda like watching a bad movie that I could easily turn off and see what else is on. Would I give him $10k - $30 for a private account? Not a chance solely based on his personality and his behavior over the past six months.
