Indeed Dr Harley! This market runnin may allow me to exit the gov stage a year earlier if it keeps up like this, but I am also awaiting some adjustment back to G if it gets too crazy stretched this/next month. A lot of pent up $3 T in cash now going to work, as bonds are trash. This could take a while to get all in, and small/midcaps are much harder to "get into" as they are less liquid. Gosh I wish I had 80% there, not 40%, but I am very grateful for the shift before GA results came out, as I was seeing the polling numbers and mail ballots likely giving a narrow edge to Dems.
