Is David Lazar going to acquire ICBT? ICBT is a shell company, and apparently the ceo is MIA or decreased. Currently, there is no operation for more than 5 years. The Company has good SS of 2.123B O/S, and no dilution, and no toxic debts in this company. Someone has to put this company into good usage. JMHO!
