Well if the stock is projected to be worth $15.00, a buy out should be priced around $20 to $25, that's around $500MM if this was to take place in the next few months.

I don't think management would be interested in selling under a Billion knowing the growth potential over the next 5 years. The business model, new Veritas platform, conversion team, new brands and JVs, a 400 seats call center and all these new team of experts can bring this company to $250 MM in revenues in 3 years or so.

Just PDFSimpli will be worth $400 to $500m in 12 months. And that's 17% of the business.
