As long as I've been a FNMA holder -- I'm starting to doubt that "it's right on his desk -- ready to sign". Something's up -- the market clearly knows more than we ALL do. I've been in this long enough to not be a hater -- but as everyone knows this was about to get done, it's still not executed, and price is in a free-fall --- tells you everything right there

Just expanding the 25B to 45B via 4th amendment is a colossal failure and chicken out.. ya we can say SCOTUS decision is right behind but that's just our usual kick the can down the road for Hope approach
