That’s why I mentioned audited financials. Most pinks don’t have them, cause if they did, they most likely would be in a higher tier. Attorney letters usually mean late financials, stop sign and Caveat Emptor. You are quite right, nuff said on the subject. Looks like RMO is starting to turn around. Never quite made it to the 50ma, but had me sweating.
