Yep, I'm waiting for the 8k. What do you believe to be the valuation considering? Although, we do not really know how much worth of assets they have. The revenues SORC was doing prior to is confusing me because that amount of value to acquire would be massive.

i think this is most accurate

they have sold 2 of the oil fields already and teapot is probably not included

as of June 30, 2020, SORC’s stockholder’s equity was $26 million, which consisted primarily of deferred tax assets and current taxes receivable.

not bashing, think this can still be a good play with the tech they have. some of that $26m can also be accounts receivable
