It's called a pump and dump. Telltale sign is new names and claims without one valid reason to buy.

While I don’t share the same excited sentiment that one particular person does, something has fundamentally occurred today to cause such a spike in volume. We don’t go from ~300k shares per day traded to >40m. Someone knows something and i seriously doubt it’s got anything to do with last years spike EOY. This one is a head scratcher!
