I do not think they will need to raise more capital in the near term. They are paying off debt and appear to have a decent amount of working capitol. Although more dilution is always a fear with this company's history, I do not think it will happen until they have been firmly re-established on the NASDAQ for a while.

Now they just have to focus on making and selling product, news of that is what will help this stock go higher from here.
