Usually after a custodianship appointment you want to register with SEC to be compliant and make sure market knows your SS (as well as new buyer) not the other way around.
She is going to drop so many shares into the market to make your head spin and then possibly pull back on bogus claims like she did with ARTR (Airtrona Int).
Be careful with her. Play her POS P&D's carefully.
