$180K eaten up like someone just threw a $20 down on the table.

Looks like this will likely be the new basing area - and when they cut loose the first news on the Appeals court or any "deal" (CEO specifically mentioned potential mergers/partnerships etc) - this thing blows up bigger than the .06 run yesterday by magnitudes IMO -

It was 12 cent stock that regularly tagged 20 cents not that long ago- only the jack boot of the FDA dropped the price.

I firmly believe based on a MASSIVE sea change in "the courts" and in Congress and due to COVID flipping virtually every aspect of life and medical treatments upside down + their incredible legal team they've assembled + the CA case already going 180 against the judge who using SUMMARY JUDGEMENT (meaning no bench trial, no jury trial, no real extended formal arguments allowed, etc) flipped them via a STROKE OF HER PEN - all THAT = this will have a bright future within months IMO !!

I/WE would LOVE TO HEAR FROM THE COMPANY AND CEO - BUT, BUT they are in a major litigation that involves THEE FDA who is represented by THEE DOJ (Dept of Justice, aka FEDERAL GOVT) thus I believe and "guess" they've been told by their legal team and just common sense DO NOT SPEAK ABOUT MUCH OF ANYTHING JUST "Yet" but "soon" - just wait till ORAL ARGUMENTS before the APPELLATE Court only ONE WEEK FROM TODAY - lock it down and keep a low profile so no bench judge even "thinks" you're trying to sway any opinion etc.

I'm speculating of course, but "quiet periods" are a real thing and well known for public traded companies under such a serious item as a APPELLATE COURT HEARING that literally may change an entire field of law and laws (STEM CELL TREATMENTS/REGEN MEDICINE LAW an entire new legal specialty essentially) all across this entire NATION !! It's that big a deal and far reaching !!
