Julius..... I assume that you think that Total will be the winner in the litigation. Can you prove that? If so then what are the terms of the deal? When you can tell me that, then I may agree that the market may want to take another look...depending on the terms of the deal.
The ball is in your court....what are the terms of the deal with Total ...and is the deal enforceable? Who has the better case...Kosmos...or Total. Prove it.
If you don't know the terms and can't prove who will finally win then I'm surprised you don't know why the sp is where it is at.
