#15507 RE: Mogollon #15506

I think you are correct, Mogollon.... right now the New York Times needle is indicating that both Warnock and Ossoff are headed towards victory in the Georgia run-offs, meaning that the Democrats are poised to flip the Senate, with KHarris's casting vote as vice-president in two weeks time. So, does anyone else believe that Aphria (and other LPs + MSOs) are on an historic run...?

Am hopeful that PPS will break resistance of 8.75ish

Question, Until merger is finalized, why would people buy APHA based on below?

https://www.marketwatch.com/story/tilray-stock-soars-after-reverse-merger-deal-with-aphria-at-a-23-premium-2020-12-16

Under terms of the merger deal, Aphria shareholders will receive 0.8381 Tilray shares for each Aphria share they own, while Tilray shareholders will see no adjustment to their holdings. The "reverse acquisition" of Tilray represents a 23% premium to Tilray's stock closing price of $7.87 on Tuesday.
