No idea really. My understanding is that FUBO through Facebank is using or will use the tech of PLFX somehow. Now I think they already own the majority of PLFX so I would assume they wanna eventually buy the entire thing, whether the debt plays a role or not for them is hard to judge from the outsight. But what are they supposed to do if they wanna keep the tech.
