+ $1.5M from India
+ $2.0M from QMVT/Paull
+ limited QTMM share sales
- Payroll (incl. taxes and misc. benefits) approaching $2M per year
- professional services (legal & accounting)
- misc. COGS items
- They are still adding personnel (another IT person in November) and are running ads for more.
= The need for additional cash.

Whether they have secured a deal that gets the share price above $0.03 I don't know, but they sure are acting like cash is not an immediate concern.
