There will be some sort of amendment only question is how far it goes. They want scotus to rule asap and they haven't meaningfully altered the nws in order to preserve the case for shareholders. We will see very shortly.
thinking I may want to thin my position --- and be ready to come back in at lower prices --- as I have a bit of confidence in Biden and some confidence in SCOTUS
