like i said, no "wise" person would be buying atvk at .16. it is a shell. they have a pretty good some of convertible debt on the books that is convertible lat .01's. nobody who really cares about making money would believe that they are going to see a strong return from these levels or any at all for that matter. you have to know when to buy and when not to buy. some people just don't know. the otc is full of unskilled gamblers.
