what is happening is that foolish people actually believe that buying at these levels is going to yield them a good return. lol people love buying at the top instead of the bottom. buy high, sell low investors all over the otc. atvk is at .15 and is an empty shell. who in their right mind thinks that .16 is "low" pps. people who love holding bags. they listen to the folks who bought at .02 convince them to buy at .16, without realizing that the same folks who are saying it's a good buy at .15 and .16 are selling at those levels. smh
