Basically Kenny will be fishing around for a feel good PR pump. Outside of "tests" it's unclear what he can PR pump.

I don't know what is happening behind Pharmacyte's closed doors but
I do think its strange that the share price has been creeping up the past few weeks.
Those with a "glass half empty" attitude see a stock selling for less than a penny.

Those with a "glass half full" attitude see a stock that's gained
over 60% for no apparent reason.


As usual, I am confused.
