Needs a reason to move. I sent a couple of emails to management telling them they need to give us an update on the upcoming “spin-off” of the 4 non-energy subsidiaries. They also need to update progress on the most two recent acquisitions. One other thing....they should give an early look at 4th quarter earnings. If they are good...put them out there. They have done so in the past.
Put up or shut up....quit over-promising and under-delivering!
