Really?! You think the float is 194m lol the last time it was updated on OTCM was 2011.

Words of advice, always assume the float is the OS unrestricted. Or read the filings to see how much is being held by insiders.

OS is 1.7bn.

However on their 10k. It states the float is 464m. As long as it hasn’t changed, that’s probably it. They have another 10k hitting soon
