Found the case. I see a condition that the arrested CEO shall not have contact any victim or witness. That, is reasonable and typical of any criminal case.

I don't see anything there where the defendant is prohibited from releasing corporate PRs. There is no way the putting out a press release would be considered contacting a victim/witness.

So, the ball is back in your court. Anything else there that you say prohibits the CEO from putting out PRs?

It could very well be that since that company was a total fraud (no other business) that the gig was totally up there, and there was nothing more to PR. Whereas here, there are some (albeit awful, and money losing) other, existing, parts of the business, that are "running". And, Berman is unlike any other criminal CEO. He's not going to shut up! lol
