CaesarStone, I think you're right about that. Not sure that Petar should be off the hook but others have been saying the same as you for a while. I don't know that much about stocks and trading but it does seem like those big shareholders disappeared. I also don't buy the "all pinks are scams" and "pinks are risky" statements. Even if they're true that doesn't make it right and/or good. If hedge funds are shorting a stock, somewhere, someone must know.
