I've been in construction for 34 years and I would say these videos are concerning. These look more like token construction videos in hopes of calming fears.

A building this size should have much more equipment and manpower to be completed in 1 to 1.5 years.

I would guess there isn't enough funding to get serious about constructing an assembly plant.
