Let me tell you something....this company of the year end is 12/31. Doesn’t have have to file an annual report for 90-DAYS from now. Then it’s only 15-days after that for the quarterly statement. They are NOY SEC complaint and won’t be by Ending June. At the earliest. You need to call your CEO tomorrow and tell him to file form -4’s to disclose insider and affiliate shareholding’s They have the Edgar codes because they’ve filed other forms before. These are free but BINDING so if he lies he goes to jail. Tell him a short seller is pounding you guys because they aren’t disclosing their positions on the stock. He should hopeful out listen otherwise no way I’m letting this short sale go. Y’all have to put up with me for 90-days. If he discloses and we can seek what’s they got...I’ll lighten up. Deal ?
