Good day Front. Right now I think Jimmy has been told for an extended period of time to keep his mouth shut, fingers off a keyboard. Like yourself, SGMD made me money, a sizable amount. Never hid that fact. But for Jimmy to crawl out of a hole, he has to become compliant if he ever thinks or dreams about additional private placements let alone the run of the mill investors. Dump all the shares he and his group wants, put money in their pockets, every tale has an end. The way out is fairly simple ..... produce audited financials and remain current. But that costs real dollars, SGMD doesn’t have it. Have a great 2021, be safe and well.
