The old owner spent years "cleaning the shell" for a Reverse Merger. That's what kept me here, tons of SEC filings to get current and clearing all the debt.
No PRs to pump but a lot of filings over the years to set up for something. Let's see what the new owners bring. I'm looking forward to it.
