Not sure there needs to be any type of delivery mechanism - it is already getting 70% receptor occupancy in the brain of macaques.

Many drug manufactures DREAM of getting that high of a result after trying for years. One big issue is getting the drug across without modifying the drug's chemical composition. Some drugs effectively get across the BBB but get modified during the process and actually cause damage or kill the patient. I think because leronlimab is a mAB there is less chance of drug modification during this process.

I think CytoDyn, and hopefully well qualified partners, begin studying this with great haste because the potential is HUGE !!! With no drug or delivery modifications needed !!
