For that area I'd say the average industry pay would be about $100K. Since employers have to pay matching taxes for some things plus benefits, G&A, etc... their loaded rate would would conservatively be about $120K.... meaning $10K per employee per month.

That means full burn for Lalezari would be $170K per month. IncellDX $140K a month.

Bare minimum on those figures of you've ever run your a business.

Those loans probably got them both through less than two months of PPP assistance. With California being on lockdowns for what seems forever.... it's hard to understand how a business can survive if employees are restricted from coming to the workplace.
