I don't know where it says the patents were evaluated in 9/30.

Roger stated on the CC that he was expecting to get the results back last week I believe he said 12/31/2020.

We could see an update this coming week I don't recall any mention of when he would share the results with everyone.

But it should be pretty significant being that Apple was aiming for the same product and did not get the patent due to $OPTi getting it first.
