Sometimes hard to explain but the big trading houses will walk the price down with a few hundred shares then buy thousands of shares at the lower price. Sometimes they do it between themselves and other houses, they want the weak hands to sell to them. I call them the boyz. With no uptick rule in place they can manipulate the stock price easily, especially of small exchanges such as the CSE and others.

THis is a sound ...fully funded..etc....company.

There would be no other reason for the stock to take a haircut after every time it has a strong move up and has good news.

I been at this a while..I worked in the brokerage industry.

I know what goes on.

i am not a believer in the spooky theories about evil puppeteers walking down prices yada yada yada. stock prices go up. stock prices go down. don’t try to time it. if you like a stock, buy in over time. when it is time to sell, sell over time.

fact is - the mkt cap is 300mm$ US for a company with VERY LITTLE reported revenue. if the company is growing up, it needs to play with big girl valuation metrics. 150x rev is not sustainable.

i am long. i have a nice core position. i trade on dips and blips. i am zero traders, waiting for more dip.
