I didn't ask his name and he didn't ask mine at first. I started by just asking if they were in anyway connected to RSHN. He immediately said yes they are being bought by Rushnet and he expected the paperwork and deal to be complete in the next week.
He then asked for my name and who I was.. I just said I was a share holder. I didn't ask about the location or why they weren't registered in Chicago according to Business Affairs and Licensing?
I just did a reverse telephone search on the number I called and yes it shows the Garden Beverage Incorporated address as 4433 S. Springfield Ave.
