You can assume that the AS is the same as the OS as this company always do in the past. Given that the OS has been increased, that means the AS will also increase but the increased is due to the fact that the executives are issuing themselves some shares. The only bad about this is when these executives become greedy and starts dumping, then it will definitely dilute the shareholders. I just hope they wont dump until we pass a penny.

The question I would ask Rick would be since the Advent of disintermediation would he say that we are nearing the end of the move or are we three years in to a ten-year move in the cycle as he stated? I would simply need clarification. Because if we are only 3 years in and the juniors are already catching a bid because of the dissemination of information will the Tailwind continue or will they fall flat for the next 5 years before they catch the real bid that sends them to the stratosphere?
