that was filed in Aug/2020 and do you know how many million shares traded in last few days? If there was any dilution, it must have been absorbed already.. Just my opinion... do your own DD always!

That's not a bad thing. Especially for a company needing money. It gives them money to continue operations, file for patents, and go through the FDA process, ect. I look at it as a good thing.
