Since it says "at least 20 days". Meaning the soonest is starting from 20 days, not sooner than 20 days, but it's open on the other end.

Meaning as soon as "after" a minimum of 20 days. Could be anytime after 30 days/60 days or in between etc...

In one word, could be anytime starting now, correct?
