One interesting note about PK Kirk Electrical Electrical and Telecom...

Apparently in filing in the state of California, the name has been shortened to PK Kirk

Further, when the entity was incorporated August 15, 2019 the total shares authorized to issue was 1,000,000

The authorized number was amended 11-25-2020 to 100,000,000 shares (par value .001)

At that date the outstanding shares was 500,000 shares

why the drastic increase in authorized...could this be a subtle clue?
