That would explain why it never got completed but also curious as to how you know this and we don't. I have sent numerous emails asking for status on the OTCQB application and process and never received anything back, at least nothing stating the application had to be resubmitted. Nonetheless, I am watching very closely for bids to return and be more consistent here, and that will be my queue to join you guys again for the ride up (which yes, I do believe will happen but don't want to park my money here again until I am sure this time).
